The physical and chemical properties of TNT are very stable and its explosive performance is good.The TNT is the largest production and the widest use during the existing explosives, TNT is mainly used as blasting charges for conventional weapons and loaded by casting which will generate the vapor and powder of TNT during the nigh temperature,and then operating process pollute the environment. because the vapor of TNT is poisonous. The workers exposed to the surrounding of TNT vapor in a long time will increase the risk of suffering the anemia, disorder in lung.
In this study, the melting point decreasing methodin of supercritical fluid technology which its operating parameters art temperature and pressure was adopted, was used to measure floating density.Was adopted,and then the densitometer.
From experiment data, the highest loading density of TNT is 1.45 g/㎝3 at 50 MPa and 45℃. In the meantime, the operating temperature is reduced up to 50 %. That is, the TNT vapor will be reduced and the safety and health of workers will be enhanced.
