Looking at Taiwan's cultural and creative industries in recent years, the development process, from the UK's "creative industries" as well as local community development under the "cultural industries" Although the names are similar, but the two different concepts of development, for community development is therefore in the implementation process could easily lead to confusion, thus the formation of the community can not continue in the development of fault, but also the greatest concern in this study. This study investigates how the initial development of the communities along the learning community building historical development model, to carry out the cultural and creative industries, the study area to Zhongzhou community cases and theoretical perspectives attempt by the resource model from the ground community development people, culture , material, production, King and other resource inventory begins with the integration of resources made available for the model development of cultural and creative industries Zhongzhou community sample and interview community leaders and community development experts recommendations Zhongzhou community development feasibility assessment of cultural and creative industries . Conclusion part to community development experience, Zhongzhou communities should be thinking now the future direction of the community, and gradually move forward in the process of accumulating cultural energy, size of the organization has to be a level of maturity, and then think about how and in combined to develop the cultural industry which, is the future of community development, the development of cultural and creative industries feasibility mode.
