It is rapid to consider aspects of supply chain risk that might have been previously overlooked especially many manufacturing factories and industrial zones were affected of the supply chains shortage in both countries. This research is based on the case study of Japan earthquake and tsunami and Thailand flood on how the automobile industry reduce the effects from natural disasters in the supply chain disruption. After disruption is discovered, companies need to react to the situation fast by firstly retaining employees and customers together with environmental and societal concern. Secondly, they need the plan to redesign and re-engineering parts chain.
