One is regarding harmony as a way to keep the social peace and unity. The other one is viewed the harmony will cause the compromise and concession. Therefore, the study put different harmony value into team research and to explore how the members’ harmony value impacts the team effectiveness. According the duel-model of harmony, the harmony can be separated to two types, harmony enhancement and disintegrated avoidance, and as team communication as mediating effect. The study use questionnaire survey, and 47 teams data were returned from Taiwan enterprise and organization. According the analysis, Harmony Enhancement value is positive with team performance and team cohesiveness, and the team communication has mediating effects of enhancement, team performance and team cohesiveness.
