Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊傳播學系 === 100 === With the reformation of Taiwan universities and educational environment, public relation activities become crucial on efficient policy execution for the best assistance and the support from the public. The purpose of establishing good public relations is to absorb the public insights into the management and operation of a university. With the support and assistance from the public, universities can achieve educational targets and efficient performance. The research mainly investigated the perspectives on public relations of the subjects, who are university staff working in relevant field, as well as the correlation between the predictability and the efficacy of a university. The survey was conducted with questionnaires. The findings indicate that the views of public relations are noticeably different; varying with genders, working seniorities and university types. On a whole, men value public relations more than women; people with higher education ones value it more than the lower ones; the senior than the junior; as to the types, medical universities value public relations more than the ones of the arts. On top of that, the results also suggest that the better the public relations are, the more efficient the execution is. “Communication and dissemination” of public relations is the mediator between public relations and university performance.
