Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 機械工程學系 === 100 === This study is 6SigmaDC software to simulate the cabinet upper ventilation into the wind surface velocity distribution, and use the results as a reference to the experimental setup. The simulation model for three-dimensional, steady-state analysis, re-analysis of the temperature dropped of each server in these velocity distribution. Finally using these result to get the best way of flow settings, and Simulation results show that the use of narrow into export the way of the cross-sectional area, the wind speed increased, it will make the uniform inlet velocity distribution. And set the experimental conditions consistent with software simulation, and experiments erected by the experimental data and simulation data, since then to find better and meet the actual needs of the configuration. The experiment shows that, although into the export of hours of cross-sectional area, the inlet flow rate of each server will be uniform, but the pressure drop also increased significantly, the design of an additional consideration to this problem.
