This includes the timing of when to purchase raw materials, the arrangements for the production process, the in-and-out warehouse management, the distribution and the flow of goods, the correctness of the accounting records, the offer of management reports and timely decisions. However, there are also cases of failure for enterprises that have imported ERP, resulting in negative feedback, such as inefficient operations, the increase of human workloads, the slow pace of operational flow and high costs, etc. This study conducted a case study of Company J and explored the effectiveness of enterprises importing ERP. This study mainly covers the three aspects of overall management, financial management and general operations. It expects to understand more deeply the effect on enterprises and the effectiveness after the importation of an enterprise resource planning system. Furthermore, when ERP is installed, it can be used to offer a systematic reference for the continuous improvement of enterprises when importing an enterprise resources planning system.
