Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 100 === Due to the fast development of information technology (IT) and biomedical technology, the telecommunication health care system has become more mature and popular. Many health care organizations worldwide have started on implementing telecommunication health care system to provide better patient services. The telecommunication health care system is a tool to provide (1) online decision support, (2) ad hoc interaction with health care organization, (3) real time analysis of patient's health information, (4) patient self-care instructions, and (5) individual health care management. In this study, I proposed and developed a Chinese medicine health care system and the corresponding service model that adopt cloud computing techniques to remotely monitor and supervise each individual diabetic. In this system, there are two main features provided that differentiate from other systems. First, I implemented the cloud computing techniques and second, I incorporated the Chinese medicine care. This proposed system can be set up at the patient’s home that measure and collect the channels and collaterals (Chinese medicine care) and physiological data (including blood sugar, blood pressure, etc). The system will connect with the host server at the call center (in the health care organization) through cloud computing service. By analyzing the data, the health care experts can decide whether the medical treatments are needed so as to provide a faster, easier, and all-around approach for diabetics care.
