Financial environment has greatly changed, the competition between the FHC and the public, private banking is increasingly fierce, coupled with ATM, Internet banking, convenience stores, the collection of business and telephone banking, financial products and other services, have been replaced by banka number of core businesses, the proposed primary teller only active learning, self-breakthrough, to learn and accept new business and new ideas in order to enhance their value-added, to keep up with the pace of growth in the financial industry. 黃宜侯 學位論文 ; thesis 36 zh-TW
