After build a successful and stable business, many people want feedback to this social. Therefore, they start to promote something about Corporate Social Responsibility actively. They spread entrepreneurship, do themselves, feedback to this social, pay attention to employee benefits, protect environment, continuing to promote Corporate Social Responsibility, in order to enable enterprises to access to social support, not only to create more profit, but also enhance the corporate image, and then more spare capacity to contribute to the community to reach the business continuity target. Case study was applied in the research, and specific practices and implementation of the effectiveness of the Group through interviews Everlight Group’s employees, the following four objectives were expected to be achieved: 1. To understand the Everlight Group the founder of entrepreneurship; 2. Analysis of the Everlight Group, how to through the promotion of entrepreneurship and then the implementation of the development of Corporate Social Responsibility; 3. Provides enterprise, how to through the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility, enhance corporate image, corporate sustainable development; 4.
