Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 100 === The purpose of this study is to explore the management strategy of private schools towards high quota scholarships. The objective is to determine whether or not the high quota of scholarships has achieved the school’s desired purpose and analyzes the strategy of offering a high number of scholarship offers. This research project used a case study methodology and collected actual materials from those involved and affected by the scholarship programs, such as school administrators, teachers, and conducted interviews with those affected by the scholarship program, such as students and their guardians. The research process of interviewing the school administrative personnel, teachers, students and guardians is conducted on a school basis. We simultaneously used analysis of the materials to obtain relevant information through various channels and conducted interpretation and analysis of the materials in order to reach our conclusion and propose a suggestion to the school of management. The results of this study as follows: 1. The high number of scholarships offered has resulted in good results and the target has been met. 2. The increase in scholarships has led to problems such as a high. percentage of teachers leaving their jobs and issues with class planning. 3. The way the scholarships are given needs adjusting. 4. The school should work towards establishing itself as a specialty school.
