Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 100 === With the rapid changing in the big environment and the progress in the medical technology, there is a tendency for the population to age along with the decrease in birth rate. There are many nursing-care institutions for elderly people who cannot take care of themselves in Taiwan. Yet, the implementation of health and culture villages for healthy elderly is still in the initial stage. In the future, health and culture village would be the priority in the elderly service industry. However, as people in Taiwan are influenced by the concept of “bringing up children for the purpose of being looked after in old age” and the traditional culture, the prevalence rate for health and culture village is low and the promotion rate for such idea is even lower. In terms of relative phenomena and issues, Rogers Diffusion of Innovations Theory was used as the foundation in the research to analyze and test the factors that influence whether or not the health and culture village is accepted. Through questionnaire investigation, convenience sampling was used to carry out sampling and information investigation. T-test, ANOVA and regression analysis were used as the main measurement and analysis methods to test the relationship between the 9 attributes of the Diffusion of Innovations Theory and the acceptance rate and demographic variables. Suggestions regarding the promotion of health and culture village were then proposed based on the research results.
