Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 健康產業管理研究所碩士班 === 100 === The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation between job stress, job satisfaction and turnover propensity of the hospital pharmacists.There are 12 pharmacists from hospital pharmacy interviewed in the study which is qualitative research by using depth interview.The study is analyzed and discussed including 3 aspects: job stress, job satisfaction and turnover propensity.
The findings were as followed:
1. The feelings of job stress are variant from different work experience.
2. The feelings of job stress are different among chiefs, dispensing
pharmacists and clinical pharmacists.
3. Workload and hospital acereditation were job stress that influenced job
satisfaction.
4. The feelings of job satisfaction are different among chiefs, dispensing
pharmacists and clinical pharmacists.
5. Turnover propensity is relative to job stress, organization, career planning
and job satisfaction.
