The results of simulation showed that the decreased the wind speed, and temperature become the increased distances of explosion pressure and dispersion when vinyl chloride spilled. Moreover, the distance was the largest while setting F in atmospheric stability. In addition, the increased the temperatures also become the increased distance of dispersion when ethylene oxide spilled and the distance was also the largest while setting F in atmospheric stability. In the simulation of fire heat radiation distances, the distance increased when the temperature increased.Study on the sensitive areas as school, hospital, and public area, this suggestion should be provided to related organization for the evacuating routes to shelters, or the needed of indoor shelter.
