The situation from keen competition, overworking, the pressure of life etc… We can find some augury that the health begins to downhill. Gradually, overwork become from noun to verb .
Overwork, as the name suggests, is over-tired; however, overwork is not only harm for the physiological indisposed but also harm for the aspect of psychology. The discomforts of physiological include insomnia and headache and so on. In addition, as the psychology, the symptom includes fidgety, distraction and melancholy, etc. The purpose of this study is as follows: 1. Collect and organize the information which is related to the overwork, and confirm the correct information, then provide user to use. 2. According to the superior of electronization of programs’ organization, the operator can get the knowledge about overwork and the information about how to prevent it easily and conveniently. 3. On the homepage, established the suggestion facility which is about the context of information. To establish databases with Borland Delphi software and let information about overwork divide into six parts after electronization : 1. Overwork Q&A; 2. Overwork and fatigue test; 3. Overwork consultation guide; 4. Health perfect score; 5. The video about propagandizing overwork; 6. The information
about outpatient clinic. In addition, the program was designed for a normal company, and let the company can proceed to manage their employees. Therefore, I designed this program for non-online edition. Furthermore, in the future, we can design the online edition for different kind of objects. While the program was done, I invited thirty employees to try to using it, and asked them to fill out a questionnaire. The result of questionnaire demonstrated above ''no opinion''.
