The subjects of this study were baseball players of colleges (N=220) and use stratified random sampling. The research instruments were Transformational leadership Scale, Self-Confidence Scale, Perceived Competence Scale and Sport Group Adaptation Scale. The collected date analyzed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression method. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The “intellectual stimulation” could positively predict the adaption of training and adaption of communication; “charisma” could positively predict the adaption of emotion; “charisma”, “inspirational” and “intellectual stimulation” could positively predict the adaption of coach leadership. 2. The “Self-Confidence” couldn’t positively predict the sport group adaptation. 3. The “Perceived Competence” could positively predict the adaption of training, adaption of communication, adaption of emotion and adaption of coach leadership.
