To understand the youth athletes in the relationship between perception of peer motivational climate and sport friendship.2. Analysis of adolescent athletes perceived peer motivational climate and sport friendship will affect sports teams to adapt to the situation. The object of study were the players from top eight men’s group and the top five women’s group finalists who participated the National High School Football League in Academy year 100, in total had 250 (165 boys, 85 girls) students, the average age is 16.72years old (SD = 0.93 years). Using peer motivational climate scale, sports friendship scale, sports team to adaption scale as a research tool, the information obtained by the Pearson correlation and multiple stepwise regression method to analyze the data. This study found that: 1. With the peer motivational climate of “cooperation/progress/effort” and sports friendship of “companion friendship and happy playmates relationship”, “common things”, “increase self-esteem and support”, “conflict resolution.” were significant positive correlations and unrelated to the "conflict" movement of friendship;"The wrong" peer motivational climate of friendship and sports friendship of “companion friendship and happy playmates relationship”, "conflict", "common things,” were significant positive correlations, but unrelated to sports friendship between “ increase in self-esteem and support "and" conflict resolution”; the peer motivation climate of “the competition inside teams” with the sports friendship of" conflict ", “common things”, “increased self-esteem and support” were significant positive, but unrelated to the sport friendship with "peer friendship and happy playmates relationship,""conflict resolution”. 2. With the peer motivational climateof“cooperation/ progress / effort "can positively predicted sports team to adapt “the training life- adaption "; with the peer motivational climate of “cooperation / progress / effort” can positively predicted sports teams to adapt to the “interpersonal relationship adaptation” but “the wrong” peer motivational climate can reverse to predicted sports team adaptation with "interpersonal relationship adaptation"; the peer motivation climate of "cooperation / progress / efforts" can positively predicted sports team to adapt with "emotional adaptation"; the peer motivation climate of “cooperation / progress / effort” can positively predicted sports teams to adapt with “ the coaches’ leadership behavior adaption. " Sports of friendship with “increase self-esteem and support”, “conflict resolution” can positively predicted sports teams to adapt with “the training life-adaption "; the sports friendship with "companion friendship and happy playmates relationship, " "conflict resolution" can positively predicted sports teams to adapt to "interpersonal relationship adaptation," " conflict" can reverse to predicted sports teams adapt to “interpersonal relationship adaptation”; Sports of friendship with “increase self-esteem and support,” can positively predicted sports teams adapt to "emotional-adaptation, " " Conflict " can reverse to predicted sports team adapt to " emotional adaption "; Sports of friendship to “increase self-esteem and support” and “conflict resolution” can positively predicted sports team to adapt to “the coaches'' leadership behavior adaption."
