The system consists of hydraulic piston array, transmission gear box and the electricity generating apparatus. The hydraulic piston array was built to absorb gravity potential when vehicles pass and pressed the pistons to store the fluid power into a storage tank. Once the tank accumulate some amount of potential energy, it will be used to release such hydraulic energy to make the gear box rotate and let the electric generator to generate electricity. Therefore the road potential energy can be transferred into useful electricity. After further revision, potential energy carrier weight increased from 1590kgw to 1960kgw, different weight of vehicles can be examined to see their effect on the final performance. In this paper the potential energy carrier with different loads were discussed. This will result in oil storage tank pressure in the range of 0~2.5bar.
