Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 機械工程系碩士班 === 100 === Among various types of resistor, the porous resistors can offer good stability (damping effect) and high load capacity. Therefore, we select metal-sintered of porous cylinder and different types of fabric as the aerostatic bearing impedance and there are two porous resistors of design ( piston-type and bolt-type) can adjusts the mass flow that aerostatic bearing to adapt the load to induce compensation. Under the same supply pressure orifice bearing and new bearing with different load and adjust the mass of flow. To obtain the most effective compensation, variable and stiffness of new bearing( piston-type to change the bolt stretching and bolt- type to change the air vents);Through dynamic measure of proportional pressure regulators and valves to discuss the trend of the gap height. The experimental results show that: In the states of static, the most effective stiffness and compensation is porous resistors with media grade 5μm. By adjusting the mass flow make it the gap height from the load change and maintained at 32μm of the gap height in 15kgf ~ 23.5kgf to 8.5kgf the load range. The next is media grade 10μm with canvas. Both media grade 5μm and orifice restrictors under the supply pressure of 25kgf have same mass flow, and the stiffness is magnificent. However, in the bearing of the load capacities, porous resistors with media grade 5μm is over three times the height of gap against orifice restrictors, and then it has better load capacity. In the states of dynamic, the most effective compensation is orifice restrictors with minimum amplitude. Secondary is porous resistors with media grade 5μm. Both of them have steady bearing performance. Overall, in this research demonstrated that piston-type to change the bolt stretching and bolt- type to change the air vents make the both porous resistors and orifice restrictors have same mass flow. At the same time it’s possessed of infinite static stiffness and three times the height of gap.
