The controller design used in the planning of three-axis coordinate measuring platform motion control and parameter measurement platform applications. The hardware architecture of the controller TMS320F2812 for single-axis motor control core. The technology applied by the process of tuning PID frequency response method is that the system identification software the Matlab SISOTool system tools designed for each axis with a current, speed, location, open circuit transfer function controller, relayfeedback skills, Zieler-Nichols Compensation Act designed , then the the TMS320F2812 actual verification, to achieve the purpose of motor control. Parameter identification of research methods combined with traditional motor DC blocked test, the transfer function measurement technology. Through DSPMonitor system AC and DC motor voltage, current, speed feedback signal analysis, and applying the feedback signal to achieve through the theoretical formula using Matlab computing.
