This thesis is the design of FPGA-based motion control system applicable to the measurement tool machine. The core module consists of two 80MHZ enhanced 8051 individually with a 32-bit single-precision floating-point hardware, namely the processing of man-machine interface programs and motion control programming. In this study, through exchanges with domestic manufacturers, cooperation, depending on the hardware platform needs, the development of general-purpose motion control system, a number of test results, showing that the system meets the set goals.
