碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 100 === Digital Rights Management is a set of technologies in order to prevent illegal usage and unauthorized actions (copy and print etc.) on digital content. However, the digital rights management systems focus on protection of content owners’ rights. They don’t allow people to do reselling digital content. Previous research using a process called license validation to deal with the redistribution rights violation. We consider, in resell events on the digital world, a malicious reseller may also violate rights of usage in usage license. It’s necessary to do license validation before reselling digital contents. In this paper, we propose a Bloom Filter-based license management that can do license validation to deal with the problem of rights violation on reselling action. we proposed Bloom filter-based digital rights management mechanism. In the experiment, we try to embed the content of bloom filter for copyright protection in image. In our experimental results, it can achieve for copyright protection. The main contributions include the following: (1) We proposed a digital rights management mechanism which allow buyer reselling his digital content. (2) We integrate Bloom filter to do license validation, so that TTP can prevent both distributor and reseller violate license.
