Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 100 === This research was focused on the influence of Emergency Management Information System into the townships in the middle of Taiwan. The research was conducted by case study which included interviews,observation and data analysis. The conclusion of this research was as the followings:
I. Statements turn out by the current EMIS disaster prevention information system, data accuracy and reporting formats, the current level of township hall unit users and does not meet the actual needs of the user, therefore, recommended that users of multiple referencethe actual job requirements, to improve the existing reporting format, more user-friendly query and use the immediacy of the report data, the correctness or not, because this part of the notification processes must be through the township officesdrawn up by the central competent and correction, to adjust and find the appropriate way of communicating, of EMIS disaster prevention information system data to better achieve the accuracy and real-time.
II. Existing disaster notification part of the process, because there is still paper fax with the the EMIS disaster prevention information system to use, suggested that the central town halls and competent in the way of communicating this part to identify the correct, appropriate and can quickly complete the notification jobto allow the system to perform notification tasks more the implementation of an easy one, and do communicate with each other to work with the various units in order to avoid repeated notification operations to occur.
III. The town halls of power failure strain mechanism at this stage, it seems that is not very sound adequate, because the disaster, often accompanied by problems of water and electricity through a power outage contingency measures to actual disasters.can more quickly and the exact status of the disaster, response to the central know, and to request the immediate support and help to minimize the damage, power outage contingency mechanism will need various township offices and the central according to each hallposition, the notification status to be formulated, including disasters, personnel, equipment ready, and the distribution after the disaster occurred, we need to have a complete set of contingency measures, and to pay attention to the package of measures to be able to combine the appropriate response mechanismafter all the disasters at the same time, every place or unit personnel, the environment is not exactly the same, relative to the corresponding practice, may have multi-appropriate contingency measures to be allowed to effect the best of the telecommunications system to use, it is recommendedcentral and township offices in charge in part of the way of communicating to identify the correct, appropriate and can quickly inform practices to allow the system to perform notification tasks execution well, and should do to communicate with each other to work with various units in order to avoidrepetitive communications industry operations to occur to occur.
