And the field text were analyzed by categorical－content method. Finally, the researchers compared results of the Timmons Model Matrix and Business Model Canvas, sorting out the following two conclusions: 1. "Team" and "Resources" must match the "Opportunity" The researchers believe that entrepreneurs choose the entrepreneurial opportunities must select the "Opportunity" can be matched with the "Team" and "Resources" in order to increase the probability of entrepreneurial success. 2. Three reasons caused "Opportunity Recognition" failed (1) Information asymmetry (2) Error assessment (3) Multiple opportunities appear
