Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 100 === The empirical research is conducted to explore how spousal human capital being effected by spousal financial capital, and the relationship between spousal human capital, knowledge resource, entrepreneurial orientation and long-term performance development in Taiwanese medium and small new ventures by statistical analysis. The target firms of the research are the Taiwanese start-up manufacturing companies started in 1996 to 2001 which had already survived for over ten years. The empirical findings are provided as follows: 1. There is a significant relationship between spousal financial capital involved and spousal human capital involved. 2. There is a significant negative relationship between spousal human capital involved and long-term performance development. 3. There is a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and long-term performance development.
