However, the domestic implementation of the electronic medical records system and the smooth progress of the implementation is very slow, the purpose of this study, to explore Taiwan hospitals facing in the process of implementation of electronic medical records, and provide reference to the hospital, in order to enhance the hospital quality of the medical records system. As electronic medical records implementation of smooth or not by the doctors use intention and attitude of a great impact depth interviews with four hospitals in this study, and ten physicians to understand the difficulties, problems and recommendations on hospital implementing electronic medical records. The results showed that first whether the overall health care environment or personal operation has a significant help, such as: improve physician efficiency, streamline healthcare processes, reduce physician workload and reduce the waste of medical resources, but because of the medical records, electronic medical records system the relationship between the data digitization, in obtaining the information above will be very easy, so in order to avoid the leakage of information, it is necessary to the security of the system is very attention; Second, Taiwan suffered the greatest difficulty is that electronic medical records system requires a substantial amount of money and resources, sufficient resources to the implementation of electronic medical records, so that the development of electronic medical records system will be incomplete, and this will users to cause a lot of distress, such as operating on the inconvenient, increasing the complexity of the work, the system''s security and will stability, these will increase physician to resist electronic medical records system factors.
