Outsourcing is the most economical way to assist production. For the past several decades, outsourcing has been an important survival strategy. It has been proven as a method both produce a product efficiently and reduce costs.
In this study, we used outsourcing of production operations to help the production department of enterprises to reduce costs. A combination of flow shop and production planning and assistance of outsourcing of production operations can help production departments to reduce production costs, speed delivery to customers and enhance their competitiveness.
