Nonetheless, the ecological system has since become afflicted with pollution and environmental wreckage due to the increased distance of transportation. Furthermore, although farmers have moved toward “organic agriculture” as a solution to orange oversupply and forsaken farms in recent years, the profit turned out is less than expectations due to large capital expenses, insufficient distribution channel and suspicions in consumers. Thus, this study tries to investigate the supply chain of the packaged orange juice in the aspects of “localized production” and “self-sufficiency” and take one domestic enterprise as an example to construct a profit model based on aggregate production planning. In this study, the image strength of the food processing manufacturer is used to strengthen consumer’s confidence in organic products. Through proof of model, it has, then, generated such supply chain with a profit of about 0.2 billion. Therefore, packaged juice companies can work together with farmers of our country to form such reciprocation relationship in the future as farmers provide organic raw ingredients while the food enterprise will be responsible for manufacturing and sales of products to achieve the objective to lower using of imported raw ingredients.
