Summary: | 碩士 === 育達商業科技大學 === 企業管理所 === 100 === This study used secondary data and the views of customer through three major mobile communications in Taiwan which used Regression Analysis, structural equation modeling and analysis of variance technologies to analyze the industries of mobile communication in the firm size, rival’s attack volume, marketing capability and perceived competitive tension relations. Then, it used perceived competitive tension to analyze the organizational performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze competitive dynamic and competitive tension. Then, the analyzed results will provide the industries to enhance and improve their competitiveness in the marketing strategies and achieved sustainable development of the industry. The study found that customers of the three major mobile communication system in Taiwan that the competitor firm size and rival’s attack volume were not affect the focal firm's perceived competitive tension. Only the marketing capability of competitors will affect the focal firm's perceived competitive tension. In addition, the customer considered that the higher the focal firm's perceived competitive tension, the more likely to enhance the performance of business.
