This thesis is guided through the collecting relevant literature and a variety of system conditions requirement to guide the research hypotheses，and verify the hypotheses by questionnaire results analysis，from the results of data analysis to understand the implementation of the TS system impact on corporate performance，from the structure of PPAP processes，Human Resources processes， Internal auditing process，Adverse Cost process，and Customer Satisfaction process to make in-depth investigation and analyze the positive helpfulness.
