Good employees are the source of corporate competitiveness. Job involvement and
organizational identification will affect employees’ turnover rate,which is the key to
decide leave or stay. 343 valid questionnaires were collected and the results found that
a negative job stress on job involvement. Second, the job stress has negative impact
on organizational identification. Third, organizational identification has a positive
influence on job involvement. Fourth, organizational identification has the mediating
effect between job stress and job involvement.
