Job involvement and organizational identification will affect employees’ turnover rate,which is the key to decide leave or stay. 343 valid questionnaires were collected and the results found that a negative job stress on job involvement. Second, the job stress has negative impact on organizational identification. Third, organizational identification has a positive influence on job involvement. Fourth, organizational identification has the mediating effect between job stress and job involvement.
