| Summary: | 碩士 === 文藻外語學院 === 國際事業暨文化交流研究所 === 100 === Due to the necessary and pivotal changes of the socio-economic environment in Taiwan, various kind of nonprofit organizations (NPO) emerged in a rapid growth in past decades. Many researches found out that most of the NPOs are in the situations of facing dis-functional, financial difficult and manpower lost in their association.
In Europe and North America, association management company (AMC) establish a more in-depth and long-term relationship with nonprofit organizations, and provide two types of full-service and project management, and enhancing the effectiveness of reducing cost of the organization, improving management efficiency, increase organizational source of income, and reduce operating risks.
This study chooses “Rotary International District 3520” as the object of study, and interviewed the six different types of the Rotary Club by in-depth interview. As result, we found out that Rotary Club facing the problem of maintenance and recruitment of members, lack of funding and manpower and network development. And the outsourcing need of association management including financial management, marketing, technology and website support and statistical research.
Finally, the author recommends that association management company (AMC) proactively build relationships with nonprofit organizations, and understand the need, and help them becoming professional development in resource-limited competition.
