However, the invasion of the earthquake may cause the bridge collapsed. If we could use the analysis software of seismic capacity evaluation of existing bridge and then promptly reinforce the bridge that we can avoid bridge disasters of collapsed. In this study, we adopt experimental data of piers done by the National Earthquake Center with analysis case. SAP2000 and Response2000 two kinds of software used discussion reinforced concrete piers affected by the earthquake. Two kinds of cross-section of the pier, rectangular and circular, were analyzed. Use the two kinds of software to establish model of pier, model including pier shape and size, then configure concrete strength and reinforcement. After used Pushover Analysis, we get the relationship data with lateral force and displacement of the top of the pier.
