Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 通訊工程研究所 === 100 === In this thesis, we propose a method of reversible data hiding based on the reversible contrast mapping (RCM) of triplets. We partition the original image so that every non-overlapping three pixels is formed as a triplet and, and then embed the secret data into the pixel values of the triplets through the RCM forward transform. We utilize the least significant bits (LSBs) of the transformed triplets to hide confidential information. Because the proposed method does not need the location map, the additional data compression is not needed. It is shown that our method can achieve high data hiding capacity and the ideal value of data hiding capacity is 0.66 bpp. Experimental simulations demonstrate that the embedded data can be extracted and the original image can be recovered without any distortion.
