Therefore, how will the existing cultural and educational institutions for the best allocation of limited resources to obtain the maximum benefit, is a topic worth exploring. In this study, medium and small tutorials have been setting for examples; discuss how the limited of areas and expense of costs will be effective allocation of resources to maximize profits. Due to the cost of the class size and teachers’ salaries that contains the variables and these variables are subjective and flexible space, this study uses fuzzy linear programming model to seek to profit under limited resources great value, and the satisfaction level of development of cram schools as reference for the allocation of resources.
