| Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北巿立體育學院 === 運動教育研究所 === 100 === The summary of this study of the Department of Exercise Performing Arts of Taipei Physical Education College present situation and competitiveness, and provide the Department of sustainable development management to improve the strategies and recommendations.
In this study, qualitative research methods, is adopted In-depth Interview and content analysis. In-depth Interview decided totally are 5 teachers and students of the Department of Exercise Performing Arts of Taipei Physical Education College, focus on teachers and students employ and entry motivation, teachers and students of the Department of understanding, the field of sports art awareness, effect of teaching or study, Curriculum planning appropriate, Self-expectations and the Department of the face of the external environment of the competitive aspects of the interview planning and analysis of the Department of historical data.
This study concluding as follow：
1. The Department of Exercise Performing Arts is the first nurture sports performing arts talent, teachers, coaches, as the main development objectives of the school, as so far the only development of sports art project in Taiwan.
2. The Department of Exercise Performing Arts has been set up in the sports institutions is different from other Athletic Department. It’s to present strong sport artistic qualities.
3. It’s still has some part field of courses can’t fit student’s requirement because an excessive number of special projects so the development and positioning is subject to the ambiguity set to confirm the students and teachers can control future of growth direction and planning.
Finally, recommended that the Department should planning the clear positioning in advance for all specialization and actively planning to set up a master's degree to culture the sophisticated talent for establish the foundation of art.
