Methods: In the present study 40 female Blab/c mice were equally divided into four groups including Control (C), Insulin (o.4 IU/Kg BW ; I) , Fructose (21% ; F) , Fructose +Insulin (21% ; o.4 IU/Kg BW ; FI) .F and FI group was feeding 21 % fructose for 14 week, after that all of group were Subcutaneous injection by 4T1 breast cell and give insulin everyday in insulin group .Result: After inject 4t1 cell 12、15 days the tumor size significant higher then Insulin group (p < 0.05 ) . after inject 4t1 cell 18、21、24 days the tumor size significant higher then Insulin and Control group in Fructose + Insulin group (p < 0.05 ) . After inject 4T1 Cell 3 weeks the muscle endurance scores significant higher then Fructose and Fructose + Insulin group in Control and Insulin group (p < 0.05 ) . The survival time as well as longer then Fructose and Fructose + Insulin group in Control and Insulin group (p < 0.05 ) .Conclusion: Long-tern fructose feeding accelerated tumor growth and shortened the survival time of mice while muscular endurance dropped significantly.
