Microcosmic observation enables us to obtain a profound understanding and macroscopic observation enables us to control the entire situation. I enjoy watching the ordinary things in the life, so the biggest surprise in my daily life is the discovery of uncommon things in the ordinary things through frequent microcosmic observation. I also like analyzing myself from both the macroscopic and microcosmic angles, and enabling myself to see and achieve more.
This written report has three parts. Chapter 1 will personify the ready–made collected in different periods through personal microcosmic observation of the articles in daily life, and enable the objects to be connected with stories, while regarding the ready–made as a creation media and putting them into the creation of jewelry. Chapter 2 will enable me to understand myself by virtue of microcosmic self–observation, and divide the creation forms into three periods on the basis of work analysis extending from representational, abstract to semi–representational states. In addition, it will discuss the relationship between ready–made and jewelry development, as well as the impact and significance of ready–made on myself. Chapter 3 will make a comprehensive survey of many personal works, which were enlightened by fine workmanship and works of granulation. Therefore, the microcosmic technique discussion was used to discuss the history and approaches of fine workmanship of granulation, and the understanding of the creative works of metalworking artists, and to further explore the relevance between this technique and myself.
