碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 體育學系體育教學碩士學位班 === 100 === The purpose of this study was to understand the differences and correlation between the participative motivation and participative degree of satisfaction of the president cup slow pitch softball championships. The method in this study was questionnaire survey. The subjects of this study were all the members from president cup slow pitch softball championships. 800 questionnaires were distributed and 545 were gathered back with 68.12% return rate. Excluding 27 uncompleted ones, there were 518 validquestionnaires which create 64.75% valid rate. All resources wereanalyzed by item analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, LSD post-hoc comparison method, and Pearson’s correlation of statistical process. After analysis and discussion,the conclusion was as follows: Generally speaking, the most player of the president cup slow pitch softball championships were in the age under 30 years old, married, or graduated from colleges/university. Mostly, their occupations related to solider, government functionary, and teacher. The range of salary was from 40,001 to 60,000 NTD. In average, they played president cup slow pitch softball championships more than four times. (2) There were significant differences in participative motivations of president cup slow pitch softball championships participants in different background variables. (3) There were significant differences in participative degree of satisfaction of president cup slow pitch softball championships participants in different background variables. (4) There were significant relationships between participative motivations and participative degree of satisfaction of president cup slow pitch softball championships participants.
