Of the 253 questionnaires disseminated, 186 were returned and completed, yielding a return rate of 73%.The data was analyzed according descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, t-test and Pearson product-moment correlation. The findings are as follows: 1.The mothers of young children with special needs perceived high level of parenting resilience. The highest frequency was “parenting power”, the second was “facing frankly”, and the least was “positive thinking”. 2.The mothers of young children with special needs perceived medium level of parenting stress. 3. There were significantly differences in parenting resilience with various backgrounds ,such as family monthly income ,children’s age. 4. There were significantly differences in parenting stress with various backgrounds ,such as mother’s age, mother’s education level,family monthly income, family styles. 5.There was a significantly negative correlation between parenting resilience and parenting stress . 蔡昆瀛教授 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 157 zh-TW
