Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 社會學習領域教學碩士學位學程 === 100 === This study examined the perception of low fertility rate、the influence on education and work pressure of elementary school teachers in New Taipei City. The study also aims to explore the relationship between Perception of Low Fertility Rate and Work Pressure of elementary school teachers. A purposive stratifying sampling was conducted, taking the teachers of the public New Taipei City Elementary Schools as targeted subjects. The sample size was 549 elementary school teachers. The questionnaires were created : “The Perception of Low Fertility Rate and Work Pressure of elementary school teachers in New Taipei City”-which consisted of three parts, including “demographic statistics,” “Teachers’ perception of low fertility rate and the influence on education strategies,” and “Teachers’ work pressure strategies.” Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation of SPSS V18.0 for Windows were used to analyze data. The results are as below: 1.Most teachers of New Taipei City elementary schools perceive the effect of low fertility rate. 2.Less experienced teachers from the remote elementary schools of New Taipei City have higher extent of the perception of the influence of low fertility rate. 3.Homeroom teachers and administrators of metropolis elementary schools of New Taipei City burden more work pressure. 4.The relationship between perception of low fertility rate and work pressure of elementary school teachers is negative.
