According to the literature reviews, children individual characteristics, education of personal safety, and victimization experience, are chosen to be the three affecting factors of the cognition of victimization prevention of the children. The participants are 600 senior students chosen by convenience samples from five elementary schools in Luzhou District, New Taipei City. 569 valid samples are collected. The data was analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results show that: 1.The cognition of victimization prevention of the children in Luzhou District, New Taipei City is not fully developed. 2.Children, who are physically stronger, mentally sharper, and of better learning skills, are observed to have better cognition of victimization prevention. 3.Among those child safety education sources, family education is the most effective one for the cognition of victimization prevention, and the next ones are the mass media and school education.
