It was to seek relevant between different variables from the background ( grade. gender. ranking and family social-economic structures ) and the methods of discipline for parents and teachers. The research was taken by the method of questionnaire survey, ” Parenting and Teaching Method Scale and daily life behavior” was used as the research instruments. By purposeful sampling, to select the objects of fifth and sixth students of three schools in Xinzhuang; New Taipei City. By cluster sampling of 353questionnaires,the valid questionnaires were 339, marking the availability as 98.2%.The obtained data were calculated to understand the characteristics of the sample by the statistics methods of frequency distribution, modes and percentage, to analyze the tendency by mean and standard deviation, and to investigate the differences and relevant by T-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation.The research results was as follows: 1. The New-Immigrant students’ prosocial behavior was at middle and high level. 2. Fifth students perform better in general and on helping-sharing of prosocial behaviors. 3. Female students perform better on responsible -cooperation of prosocial behaviors 4. Taiwanese father’s students perform better than Mainland China’s on helping-sharing of prosocial behaviors. 5. Students’ mother’s education degree of high school and university perform better than college’s on caring of prosocial behaviors. 6. Two-parent families perform better on caring of prosocial behaviors. 7. The methods of discipline for parents both had a low positive relationship in general and on helping-sharing and responsible -cooperation of prosocial behaviors. 8. The methods of discipline for authoritative parent both had a low positive relationship in general and on each items of prosocial behaviors. 9. The methods of discipline for authoritarian parent had a low positive relationship on helping-sharing of prosocial behaviors. 10. The methods of discipline for teachers both had a low positive relationship in general and on helping-sharing and responsible -cooperation of prosocial behaviors. 11. The methods of discipline for authoritative teacher both had a low positive relationship in general and on each items of prosocial behaviors. 12. The methods of discipline for authoritarian teacher both had a low positive relationship in general and on helping-sharing and responsible -cooperation of prosocial behaviors. 13. The methods of discipline for permissive-uninvolved teacher both had a low negative relationship in general and on each items of prosocial behaviors. Finally, it’s based on the above conclusion, to make specific suggestions in today's environment and future researchers as reference.
