First without considering its weight and environmental variables, using the general DEA model for business performance analysis to assess the operational efficiency of Taiwan''s Hsinchu Science Park, but also to explore the operational efficiency of technical efficiency, pure technical and scale efficiency differences. Their studies five years 96 and 97 for two consecutive years, and 99 three year efficiency values are 1, expressed Science Park, the overall technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, stability (consistency), with consistency, 98 the value of the annual and 100-year efficiency did not reach a value, and the pure technical and scale efficiency of 98 Science Park are five of the worst, pure technical efficiency of the Science Park is 0.97, does have inputs and outputs of an unbalanced state , may be affected by the environmental impact of the global financial tsunami. Basically, these analyzes the information received by, roughly in Taiwan Hsinchu Science Park, the manufacturers in the future operating efficiency improvement strategy to develop a reference for government policy formulation.
