Research has identified the potential for IT to affect firm agility through IT management capabilities or IT technical capabilities or IT business process integrated capabilities. At the same time, ''Resource-Based View'' it as a paradigm for our field. In this research, we use on prior conceptual and empirical research to develop and test a model relating managerial, technical and business process integrated IT capabilities to agility. To test the model, we use data from matched surveys of business and IT units in 110 firms executives. After construct validation and data analysis with SEM and Regression Analysis. From the research results, First positive link between managerial and technical IT capabilities and process agility There was positive relation between. Second, to what extent does business process integrated positively moderate the link between each of these IT capabilities and business process agility? It is not clear to support. we assess our results and their implications for both research and practice. Finally, about the limitations in this study, identify areas for future research, and provide a general conclusion. We hope can help to the IT and Business units in the firms executives, that can refer to the recommendations in business strategic planning and budget for investment in information technology.
