碩士 === 淡江大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士在職專班 === 100 === This thesis presents an educational knowledge management system based on the tension-based teaching and learning system proposed by Hsing-Tai Chung in 2009. Our system is developed under four flows of knowledge management – retrieve, store, share, innovate – which are all designed under the concept of tension in order to create positive, upward cycles in both teaching and learning activities. Six manager modules have been implemented. First is a tension item manager. It provides teachers a user-friendly interface to manage all tension items. Second is a tension tag manager. It is used to assign tags to tension item for better organization. Third is a tension condition manager. It is an advanced tool that can further organize tension items based on various conditions, including tags. Fourth is a tension share manager. It facilitates teachers to collect and share valuable tension items to students quickly by using conditions made by tension condition manger. It also creates a better environment for peer learning by expanding the tension items made by students and making them searchable so that students can learn from other students easily. Fifth is a questionnaire manager. It is cooperated with Google Forms, and helps teachers collect survey data from students. Sixth is a file manager. It is used to upload files and can tag and group these files. Under the help of these six managers, it not only helps teachers perform tension collect, tension management, tension sharing, and tension teaching in a more effective and efficient manner, but also gives teachers the opportunities to realize the art of tension by thinking how to design appropriate tension into various activities in order to guide students and help them discover their potentials and make achievement. With our system, students will be guided and encouraged to tension learning, tension thinking, tension execution and tension sharing, while at the end, students will be able to learn more proactively and creatively.
