Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 保險學系保險經營碩士在職專班 === 100 === The Financial Tsunami was deeply impacted global economic in recent years. Many countries encounter pension fund loss or insufficient. Regarding issue of long life people is going increasing; the problem of population aging is getting worse.The people of average life expectancy had been extended to 79.18 years old in 2010. Elderly population is expected to reach 20% of the total population in 2025. Related issues of old age medical care, long-term care and retirement planning will be a substantial increase in demand in the near future. This study uses literature method to explore the social welfare policy in elderly and insurance planning for an aging society. By in-depth study of related information: national social welfare policy, social insurance and commercial insurance, looking forward to making people have a clear and positive strategy in creating the ideal retirement planning.There are four conclusions: (1) Everyone should choose suitable insurance planning in order to facing rapidly aging society (2) the government welfare system as a cornerstone of the protection of old-age life (3) person that have more economic capacity could own a consolidate insurance plan (4) using retirement needs analysis to understand personal need.
