However, subject to the relevant factors the companies can not effectively grasp of the relevant elements to adopt cloud services, and to find out the relevant factors of the cloud service adopted by the corporations is very important. But the studies for cloud services in the logistics industry are considerably less. The purpose of this thesis is to identify the method of implementation of cloud services to logistics industry in a systematics, in facilitating the efficiency and competency to the enterprises. This study adopts Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as research method to explore the key success factors to implementing thesis to the logistics industry. Through literature review and expert interviews, the framework of the key success factors to implementing cloud services to the logistics industry is established. The result of this study leads to six main dimensions and 26 factors indicators. The “information technology” aspect is the most important dimension, following by the “user” aspect. The “employee training” is the most important indicator, following by “user participates to design”.
