Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 電機工程系研究所 === 100 === Self-bearing motor is a combins of motor and active magnetic bearing characteristics of the new motor, which contains all the features of zero-friction, low-noise, high-speed and strong-power. The self-bearing motor has torque winding and suspension winding. They must be controlled when these two winding current are operated at the same time in order to produce the torque and the radial force. This essay studies the permanent magnet AC motor, design and production of a buried magnet type permanent magnet AC self-bearing motor, and using finite element analysis software to calculate suspension parameters and suspended mathematical model of the radial force. Meanwhile the magnetic pull force which was generated by the magnet when the rotor offsets is also considered, finally, verification by experiment of radial force control and radial position control of self-bearing motors. Permanent magnet AC motors needs to detect shaft angle in order to feed the correct signal to control, but self-bearing motors can not install fixed shaft angle sensors, the rotor vibration due to the operation will destroy the structure of the device, so the essay also studies the shaft angle sensorless control strategy application to the self-bearing motor control system.
