Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 100 === Random copolymers of acrylonitrile (AN) and dimethyl itaconate (DMI) have been
synthesized by free radical homogeneous (solution) methods. Copolymer composition,
respectively, the AN / DMI (94/6 88/12 and 83/17 mol%,) of the copolymer.
Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) was dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) to prepare PAN solutions with various concentrations, and physical gel can form in PAN solution either after a long period of aging or at a low temperature, via physical cross-linking of PAN molecules.
Through rheological measurement, we measured at 25℃ viscoelastic properties of the solutions of different concentrations, the concentration of the solution from the sol state to gel state, and determination of the critical gel concentration of their respective copolymers. AN / MA copolymer and AN / DMI, respectively compared with the AN / MA(86/14 mol%) for 35.4wt% and AN / DMI (94/6 88/12 and 83/17 mol%) for the 42.9wt%, 45.7wt% and 63.2wt%.
For AN / DMI copolymer concentration solution state close to the gel state in the solution of high concentration of 40wt% and 50wt%, respectively. At the temperature cooled from 70 ℃ to 10 ℃, observed the capacity of the copolymer gelation.
For 26wt% concentration of the solution as sol-gel state in temperature 25℃ and relative humidity 60% of aging conditions, the determination of the viscoelastic properties of different aging time, until the aging of the formation of the gel, and calculated the critical gel time. Copolymer of AN / DMI, respectively, the AN / DMI (94/6, 88/12 and 83/17 mol%,) 1335min, 2580min and 3033min
